PowderWood Resort features spacious one-, two-, and two-bedroom loft condominiums with excellent amenities at prices well below comparable properties in town. On site you will find a large heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a three-level clubhouse with an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, and big screen TV. Summer guests can enjoy the tennis and volleyball courts. PowderWood is located within eight miles of all Park City ski resorts, within walking distance to the Factory Stores at Park City, and just a short 40-50 minute drive to Alta Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude resorts. Old Town Park City is approximately ten minutes away. A free shuttle service (seasonal) is available to guests servicing local restaurants, bars and shopping. This property also features business services, children's activities, fitness facilities, barbecue grills, meeting facilities, complimentary parking, laundry facilities, outdoor deck, and express check in/out.
**A four-night minimum stay is required for arrival on or during 12/22/04-1/1/05, 1/20/05-1/30/05 and 2/17/05-2/22/05. A two-night minimum stay is required for arrival on or during 1/2/05-1/19/05, 1/31/05-2/16/05 and 2/23/05-3/31/05.**
Each one and two bedroom condominium unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to meet your every need. Your condominium will feature a full-size kitchen, living room, dining room, telephone, fireplace, sofa sleeper, cable television, video cassette player, private scenic balcony, and covered parking. For your added convenience, an alarm clock radio, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board are also included in every condominium. The two bedroom unit with a loft provides an extra sleeping area with a second sofa bed or twin size beds in the loft.

Driving Directions
6975 North 2200 West, Park City, Utah - From Salt Lake City Airport: Take I-80 Eastbound. Take the exit for I-15 South, followed by I-80 East. Take I-80 East to Park City/Kimball Junction Exit 145. At the first stoplight, turn right at McDonald's. This will be Landmark Drive. Go less than a mile and you will see the PowderWood entrance sign on your left.

Policies and Disclaimers
You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking will be assessed a charge Of $25.
Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of booking and prior to 45 days of Arrival will be assessed a charge of $125.
Reservations cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint is due at check-in for telephone and any incidental Charges that may be incurred.
