The natural beauty of 'Utah's Dixie' and the amazing swimming pool facilities make this your perfect family resort destination. St. George Vacation Rentals manages a wide range of condos at the Green Valley Resort. On-site amenities include six pools (including an indoor and and children's pool), four Jacuzzis, an exercise room, tennis, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, playgrounds, and a large barbecue area.

**Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed on the property.**
Each deluxe condominium includes a full kitchen, living room and balcony or patio. The kitchens are equipped with a complete selection of appliances and everything for cooking, including pots, pans and dinnerware. Each condo also has a washer and dryer. Other amenities include air conditioning, cable TV and VCR or DVD player, and iron/ironing board. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge.

Driving Directions
1845 West Canyon View Drive, Saint George, UT - From Las Vegas: Northbound from I-15, take Utah Exit 6 (Bluff Street). Turn left onto Bluff at the light. Turn left on Hilton Drive and stay in the right lane as Hilton Drive becomes Black Ridge Drive. Turn right on Hilton Drive and follow the road passing Southgate Golf Course. Turn right onto Dixie Drive just past the Southgate's driving range. After approximately two miles, turn left onto Canyon View Drive. Take the first left at the top of the hill.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 10 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a Charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival - no refund.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A valid credit card number is required prior to check-in for telephone and Any other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
